The four core daily practices of Heartfulness are Relaxation, Meditation, Cleaning, and Inner Connect (or Prayer).
These practices are designed to reduce stress, foster a balanced, carefree attitude, and promote a deep connection with the inner self, ultimately helping practitioners live a heart-centered life.
Relaxation: A technique to reduce physical tension and foster a balanced state of being, typically practiced to prepare for meditation.
Meditation: Focused on the heart, this practice involves meditating on the presence of divine light within the heart to regulate emotions, deepen consciousness, and receive transmission (Pranahuti).
Cleaning: A process to remove mental complexities, stress, and impressions, fostering a state of lightness and inner rejuvenation.
Inner Connect / Prayer: A practice to connect with the heart's voice and inner self, often involving a 9 p.m. prayer for the welfare of all.
These techniques are best practiced at specific times of the day (e.g., meditation in the morning, cleaning in the evening) to create a consistent, nourishing routine..
